Plan introduction (30min from Sapporo! SUP challenge course)
Did you know that you can experience standup paddle boarding a mere 30 min away from Sapporo’s city center?
If you’re in Sapporo, you’re probably interested in the Clock Tower, the nightscape or the delicious seafood.
However, you definitely need to experience Hokkaido’s beautiful nature, too!
This SUP plan is for those who always wanted to take on the challenge of standup paddle boarding.
This SUP experience will take place around a breakwater in the Sapporo suburbs.
The lack of strong waves will make it easier for first time SUP participants to still have a great time.
Standing on top of a paddleboard works your core, so this can also be a light exercise!
“SUP yoga” can be done as well.
All items needed for SUP will be available for rental, as well as the data from the pictures taken during the event.
A well seasoned guide with over 30 years of experience will be accompanying you, so no need to worry about water safety!
