Plan introduction (Tokachi River Eagle Watching Cruise)
This plan is an eagle watching cruise to get a closer look at the Steller’s sea eagles and white-tailed sea eagles that live near the Tokachi River!
The Tokachi area, where you can experience this plan, is rich in nature, and you can enjoy the endless horizon, cattle and horse grazing, and other peaceful scenery that is typical of Hokkaido.
The Tokachi River, which flows through Tokachi, is known for its rich variety of fish, but it is also home to Steller’s sea eagles, white-tailed sea eagles, and other Natural Monument birds!
This cruise plan is a special tour where you can meet these eagles in the wild.
Since eagles are natural creatures, there is no guarantee that you will be able to see them 100% by participating in this tour.
However, this tour has been held for over 10 years, and the odds of seeing eagles are so high that there has never been a time when we haven’t seen them!
During the tour, there is also a possibility that you will see the red-crowned crane and whooper swan, which, like the eagles, are special natural treasures that come to the Tokachi River to feed on the abundant food.
You can also take photos on the boat.
Please join the eagle watching cruise to make a wonderful memory of your trip to Tokachi!
