Plan Information(Snow Trekking in Early Morning Forest)
This plan, which comes with a free pick-up and drop-off shuttle within Sapporo city, is an early morning snow trekking course!
In the crisp cold air of an early morning Hokkaido winter, every breath you take gives you a revitalizing feeling of an inner-body cleanse.
How would you like to snow trek through the peaceful forests of Sapporo in this refreshing early morning air?
Some forests consist of trees over 150 years old in Sapporo and our snow trekking course will take place in one of these extraordinary nature.
Participants are likely to encounter various animals including Ezo squirrels, Ezo chipmunks, and even Japan’s largest woodpecker which is recognized as a natural monument!
As with most of our other tours, this is also very beginner friendly.
No prior experience is needed!
Our seasoned guide will carefully explain the use of tools involved with snow trekking, and will safely conduct the tour at your pace.
During the tour, the guide will not only introduce you to the rare animals in the forest but also discuss the history of Hokkaido, as well as their recommendations for places to eat out.

At the summit, there are panoramic viewpoints of the city of Sapporo.
By strolling through this wintery forest, participants will surely feel like they’re on a getaway in nature.
