Plan introduction (Maoi Hill Park Cycling Tour)

This is a light 15 km course that takes you through the Maoi Hills overlooking the Ishikari Plain and the majestic countryside, making it easy for everyone.

The Ishikari Plain, a vast plain 3,800 km in area, is located in western Hokkaido.
Naganuma Town, where Maoi Hill Park is located, is located at the southern end of the Ishikari Plain, and 80% of its site is in a vast rural area rich in nature.
Maoi no Oka Park, located along National Highway 274, is a roadside station with an impressive pyramid-shaped building.
There is a rooftop observatory with a 360-degree view of the Ishikari Plain and a restaurant that uses local ingredients.

The adjoining produce stand has a total of eight shops lined up like a market.
Many tourists and locals alike come here for a variety of Hokkaido products, including fresh vegetables, fruit trees and dairy products.
This is a chance to encounter rare vegetables that are unique to Hokkaido.

In addition to Maoi Hill Park, cycling in the countryside is a unique Hokkaido experience.
You can enjoy a leisurely cycling ride while looking at the vast scenery that seems to go on forever, seeing plants in all four seasons, and feeling the pleasant breeze.
