Plan introduction (Lake Toya Cycling Tour)

This is a cycling plan to Lake Toya in the south of Hokkaido, one of the three major scenic spots in Hokkaido.
The guide offers a 30km course for beginners and 60km course for more experienced cyclists that takes you around Lake Toya and up to Mt.

Lake Toya, which has been selected as one of Japan’s 100 most scenic spots, is a great cycling spot where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake.
It is also famous as a venue for world-class triathlon competitions.
Feel the breeze as you gaze at the crystal clear water.
The scenery changes with each of the four seasons, and we recommend spring when you can enjoy the cherry blossoms and plum blossoms, and autumn when you can enjoy cycling while viewing the autumn leaves.

In the course for experienced participants, you can try to visit Showa Shinzan, which is designated as a special natural monument in Japan!
The dynamic scenery is worth seeing once!

The guide will also be cycling to a thoroughbred farm and Lake Hill Farm, which is on a hill near Lake Toya.
Lakehill Farm has a view of Lake Toya directly below, where you can enjoy ranch sweets and food from a spectacular location.

For both beginners and experienced, you can enjoy lunch at Toyako Onsen and enjoy seasonal fruit picking in Sobetsu, which is surrounded by magnificent nature. (The fee is not included)

Before the ride, the guide, who is a cycling instructor, will give you a lesson on how to ride.
